To process and confirm bookings we usually require the following information:
- Full name of 1 person/ company/tour operator.
- Number of persons.
- Number of cabins and type of accommodation in each.
- Precise arrival and departure dates.
- If entitled to/if you need us to provide transportation guests must provide pertaining information at least 2 days prior to In date – If coming by air, airline name, flight number, estimated arrival time – If arriving by sea which company and estimated arrival time.
- If not entitled to transportation but wish us to provide it we are delighted to do so for a small additional fee.
- Deposits/ pre-payments to hold/guarantee bookings are not usually (always?) required – When they are we provide guests with the necessary information and a time frame/ date to make it/them.
- Cancellation Policies: We are very flexible and lenient regarding cancellation or changes in bookings – One of our founders motto was “Make our money the right way…Work for it and earn it”! – That said we mostly only penalize NO SHOWS and short term cancellations in peak season if an act of God, mother nature, illnesses and other circumstances beyond your control are not involved If any of the above are involved and you already have a deposit or have prepaid for your booking we will differ/credit your deposit/payment to a future reservation.
Services
We provide complimentary transportation from airport or ferries to hotel and vice versa (2-3 nights minimum stay), accommodation in described units, daily housekeeping service, use of hotel private beach and facilities, free WiFi service.
